Direct billing allows your practitioner to bill all or a portion of your treatment to the insurance company directly, meaning you only have to pay what your insurance does not cover at the time of your appointment. Please bring your policy plan and member ID card. You are responsible for knowing the details of your healthcare plan coverage; healthcare professionals do not have access to your plan details.
